We'd Love to Meet Your Family
As Westminster extends from age 3 through grade 12, families can be with us for many years; therefore, we want to do more than just give you the facts about our academic program. We want you to come away with a sense of who we are and what we stand for. We also want to get to know you and your child and make your experience personal, thorough and enjoyable. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have. We’re here to help and would love to meet you!
Exploring the Admissions Process
The best way to learn more about Westminster is with a visit to our campus. We would love to show you all that Westminster has to offer!
Please submit the following:
- Online application - along with $75 application fee
- Teacher recommendation form(s) - found in requirements section of your online application
- Transcripts from current or most recent school
A shadow day is a great way for us to get to know your child better, and for them to experience what it would truly be like to be a Westminster student! Once we have received a completed application, we would be happy to set up a shadow day for your student. We encourage shadow days for Middle and Upper School students.
Call us at (706) 731-5260 ext. 2220 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule your class visit day.
After completing the above steps, the Admissions Office will contact you to schedule a testing date. The testing process is designed to assess your child's readiness to attend Westminster.
Testing for students entering grades 6-12 is available to be completed online on the dates listed below. Testing for students in PK3-grade 5 is done on an individual basis with a proctor.
If you are offered an enrollment contract, you will be sent instructions on how to enroll your child through our online system.
To reserve your child’s place in their class, you will be asked to submit an enrollment fee at the end of the online enrollment process. An acceptance letter will also be sent specifying any other documents that may be needed to complete the process.
Additional documents may include:
- Certified copy of birth certificate

We are Westminster
Westminster Schools of Augusta admits students of any race, color, religion (creed), gender, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, and national origin, to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, disability, sex and national origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, tuition assistance awards, and athletic and other school-administered programs. We do, however, reserve the right to deny admission to any individual who cannot benefit from enrollment based on past academic achievement or current testing results.
Westminster Admissions Statement
Westminster seeks to admit students who have the potential and desire to engage in a challenging academic environment and to make positive contributions to the school community. Westminster’s admission decisions are guided by its commitment to prepare each student for the opportunities of a four-year college or university.
Westminster maintains an open-enrollment policy and admits students representing any race, religion, or nationality. Though applicants are not required to subscribe to a statement of faith, nor accept any particular religious doctrine, they must respect the school's Christian educational philosophy and participate in required Bible classes and chapel.
Admissions decisions are based on several factors: academic readiness or achievement, social and behavioral maturity, motivation and a cooperative spirit. These factors are measured through a careful review of admissions tests and evaluations, previous school records, and teacher recommendations. Westminster’s Admissions Office may also check additional information in its effort to learn more about each applicant.
Westminster believes that each student has been created with unique gifts, abilities, and learning styles. To help students become successful, Westminster offers guidance for all enrolled students needing academic support. Westminster also offers some appropriate accommodations for students with diagnosed learning disabilities enabling them to become independent and successful learners in a regular classroom setting.
At Westminster Schools of Augusta, our commitment is to connect with families at a time that is convenient for you. Our admissions team is ready to provide you a unique window into our school community!
